National Research School in Classical Studies (OIKOS)
OIKOS is the national Research School in Classical Studies of the Netherlands. It is a collaborative institution of six Dutch and one Belgium university: Ghent University (UG), Leiden University (UL), Radboud University Nijmegen (RU), University of Amsterdam (UvA), University of Groningen (RUG), Utrecht University (UU) and VU University Amsterdam (VU). OIKOS organises courses for PhD students and Research Master students, and unites Dutch researchers in eight different research groups, focused on Graeco-Roman antiquity and its reception. OIKOS stimulates and coordinates collaboration between researchers on both national and international level.
